Modern Uluslararası Sistem, kendi yapısına dayanarak işleyen ve bu işleyişiyle var olan, yanlışı, sorunu kendi kıstaslarıyla belirleyen fakat asla kâinatın takdir edilmiş deveranına uymayan, bu sebeple de her geçen gün adaletten biraz daha uzaklaşan, zulüm üstüne zulüm üreten bir sistemdir. Bu sistem, kendi işleyişine aykırı bir durumu, yani bir sorunu teşhis ettiğinde, onun çözümü için muhakkak kökü olmayan, geçmişi olmayan yeni bir devrim yapmayı salık verir. Çözüm diye benimsediği ve bütün dünyaya kabul ettirdiği, yıkmak, yok etmek, sonlandırmaktır.
